Hi! As a health and life coach, I've learned that the fastest path to transformation is immersion. Getting out of your day-to-day routines and creating pause in which you connect to your higher self allows you to easily examine how you are showing up in life and know where you need to make changes. HOW I CHOOSE RETREAT LOCATIONS
I am highly sensitive to the energy present in different geographical locations, and can feel how it impacts people. Some call this an "Earth Empath," some say it's a part of clairsentience. I'm not a big label person, so I don't really know, all I know is I feel it, I understand it, and I'm guided by intuition on where the next retreat location needs to be, based off the energy I have felt there. I believe to my core that every person who needs to be at a retreat will be guided there by their own intuition, and that the location I chose for that retreat is for them. If you feel a big pull in your soul to come to a specific retreat, I really encourage you to honor that, because there is likely energetic work at play trying to help you get to the next level of your soul evolution.
