Let me tell you… I’m no stranger to suffering.
I grew up extremely poor. I experienced physical, sexual and emotional abuse. I experienced neglect. I had a mentally ill single mom. I understand the trauma associated with those kinds of experiences. At age 33, I left a religion that completely ruled my life, lost everyone I knew, got divorced after 13 years of marriage with 4 kids as a part-time personal trainer, got in a toxic relationship, lost everything I had, hit rock bottom, started over from ground zero, had a spiritual awakening/wake up call, went on a healing journey, invested in a ton of personal development, kept investing in my professional development, and my life started changing drastically for the better. And fast. I started implementing the most powerful tools I was discovering on that journey with my clients, and they also started seeing massive shifts in their self love, confidence, relationships, success, and spiritual connections in addition to their bodies. I knew I had found something special. And because it was born out of my own journey of healing and self-empowerment, it brings me so much joy to share that with you.
So while pictures only show the physical, my story is definitely not just about a fitness transformation. It’s about the unleashing of a soul.
Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to coach so many beautiful people, including professional athletes, tv and movie celebrities, and top CEO’s.
I want to help you. This is more than a job for me. It’s my purpose. Let me help you identify and remove any unseen tethers that might be holding you back, whether it’s in your physiology or your psychology, so you can see how powerful you really are.

I did this challenge because I was addicted to sugar! I was binging on sweets and couldn’t have just one. I was hoping that by eating a high fat diet I would feel satisfied and not feel the need to eat uncontrollably.
This has been such a good experience for me. I will admit I was tempted to stop sometimes thinking “why am I doing this”? and “I just want to eat some carbs!” But what I would do is go get some keto food, eat and then I would feel good! After I ate I didn’t feel the need to quit. It was definitely a success for me.
My favorite part….The fat coffee!!!! Yum!
