-fully customized training plan based on your Neurotype, goals, equipment you have access to, modifications for injuries, etc.
-access to private app only for my clients, which includes your training plan (with video demos), nutrition recommendations, 2-way texting with me, goal and habit tracking, checkins, and more
-fully customized nutrition recommendations
-all of my private clients are put into a group for mutual growth & expansion. While of course this is optional, it is a highlight for my clients. We learn so much from each other. Private community page with me and my other clients, plus:
-2 group zoom calls a week for my private clients, led by me: Mindset Monday & Fast Track Friday (where you share a win + 1 thing you want to focus on the next week, then share how it went the next Friday).
-30-minute private phone calls with me, up to once a week, you book as needed/desired, or as requested by me
-90-Day Personal Development program. Only takes a few minutes each day! Done as part of the Higher Morning Routine which also includes 10 minutes of meditation + a written gratitude practice.

Wealth of information for physical and mental health

In 2018, I was a ketogenic diet specialist who saw a major problem: WAY too much dogma on both sides of the fence.
The keto people were certain that keto was the best diet on the planet, and opposers of keto were certain that keto was the worst diet on the planet.
I saw a lot of limited viewpoints on both sides.
I also saw that people on a ketogenic diet had no idea when and how to reincorporate healthy carbohydrates, and many were doing keto for longer than optimal.
And so, I wrote this book.
